A: 12 hours, if you have one or two urgent dental cases(not complicated one), then we try to do it in 30mins.

Q5: What type of files or formats you can accept?

A: STL, .PLY, DICOM (CBCT)

Q6: What’s your payment term?

A: TT in advance, such as by Paypal, by Bank, by Western Union

Q7: How to do if the design is not good?

A: Free redesign till your statisfication but it seldom happens because before we cooperate, we often ask for the parameter or the previous designed files for our own reference.

Q8: How to keep the consistent quality of your dental jobs?

A: we will keep the same designer specially for you, meanwhile, we also have experienced masters to do QC before uplaoding. Also we have regular training and practice.

Q9: How to send cases to fabricate in your lab?

A: if it is digital scans, then you can send by wetransfer or 3shape communicate or email, after we finish then we send back to you by couriers (DHL/UPS/Fedex); if it is impressions or plasters, then you can send to our Hongkong address for fast turnaround.
